I’m Noy – a product designer who enjoys solving complex problems end-to-end, with a strong focus on improving efficiency and enabling better collaboration between people, product, and technology. My journey began during my military service, where I managed development and UX projects and discovered my passion for product design, especially the connection between real user needs and system-level thinking.

Today at Exon, I design global e-commerce products and lead the product design system, ensuring scalable, consistent, and efficient experiences across the organization. I take ownership of initiatives from discovery through launch, combining user research, data, and business thinking to shape meaningful product decisions. I actively integrate AI tools into my workflow to enhance ideation, execution, and decision-making, allowing me to move faster while staying thoughtful and precise.
