The first step in the redesign process was to filter the relevant information from the existing system to create a minimal number of screens, resulting in an efficient and understandable platform. By streamlining the content, we aimed to enhance usability and ensure that essential functions were easily accessible. Following that, we conducted extensive research to identify the primary needs of users entering the system. This led to the creation of a concise and relevant home page designed for quick actions, focusing on the most important tasks users want to accomplish.


The new home page prominently features three main options:
*Entering a class or recording: provides quick access to live and recorded sessions, enabling students to seamlessly continue their learning without unnecessary navigation.
*Task tracking: offers a straightforward way to submit assignments and track progress of tasks, ensuring that students can efficiently manage their coursework.
*Viewing the course's monthly calendar: keeps students informed about course events, enhancing their overall engagement with the course.
